DKN Research supplies a broad range of electronic circuits and modules for printable electronics:

Circuits and modules are custom made products built to customers' designs and specifications. The Engineering Team at DKN Research supports customers with new circuits and devices designs. Please contact customer service (sales@dknresearch.com) with any new device questions from your preliminary designs. Design guides and Technical articles　will greatly assist in making your idea become a reality.
DKN Research also supplies screen printing materials and tools to build printable electronics – no R&D project is too small.

4. Substrates
Any solid material can be a substrate for printable electronics; however, appropriate pre-treatments must be conducted for raw materials to optimize performances of the final printed device. DKN Research will supply correct substrate materials with appropriate treatment for any application.

6. Printable & Flexible EL (Electronic Luminescence) -ASP-EL Series
A variety of EL devices can now be produced using an Advanced Screen-Printing process (coupled with an appropriate ink selection) without an expensive re-tooling cost. The many flexible EL displays available when using polyester films as substrates include low cost FLEXIBLE light sources, FLEXIBLE sign boards, FLEXIBLE displays and even more FLEXIBLE lighting devices. The total thickness of each device is less than 100 microns (4 mils), and are very flexible. Click on the link below to view the flexibility and brightness from these EL devices. Printable Flexible EL products are custom made and are available in blue, pink and green (contact us for your specific color needs). DKN Research can design EL devices, power sources and drivers per your request.

7. Printed Components
The Advanced Screen Printing Process is capable to build many kinds of electronics devices without complicated photolithography and chemical processes. This printed component set built on polyimide films could provide a good first step in designing the new electronic devices or circuits with printable electronics.

8. Screen Masks

Screen mask design is key for the process control with the fine screen-printing process. DKN Research provides the best solution in choosing mask materials and pattern designs. Please ask Customer Service your specific requirements.

A suitable squeegee should be used with the Advanced Screen Printing Process to optimize performances of the final printed devices. Please ask Customer Service your requirements.
